Functional Water derives its efficacies from the electrolysis process which induces changes in pH, Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP), Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and energy measure in levels of Ionic Product (IP) of the water. The restructuring process alters these parameters to create a water medium that is highly effective in obtaining desired functional results in many critical applications.

Functional electrolyzed water has been studied and used in Japan for the past 46 years and the Japanese are considered to be the leaders in this technology. The Company has obtained Exclusive or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Distribution Agreements from electrolysis manufacturers such as Innovative Design and Technology (IDT), Bio-Redox Labs and the Miz Group.  In conjunction to these agreements, Proton Laboratories has become its own manufacturer with its own brand – Proton Labs – and is scheduled to start releasing its own product line in the First Quarter of 2007.

In addition to these product distribution agreements, the Company has long-term working relationships with key scientific, academic, industrial, governmental and trade organizations in Japan.  Additionally, the Company has signed manufacturing, marketing and product distribution agreements with U.S. firms. The addition of these new components have strengthened the Company’s ability to be considered a true pioneer in the introduction of this unique and highly-promising technology to industrial markets in North America.

The Company’s current business focus is the marketing of their products for residential and commercial uses.  Proton Labs currently markets seven “off the shelf” products in three different market sectors and a number of products customized to meet specific customer needs.  Proton Laboratories residential system is manufactured by Proton Corporation Japan while the commercial systems are manufactured by IDT. Currently, the Company is assembling its own branded products to market into these sectors.

The Company’s existing product line comprises the following:

• An anti-microbial water producing device that will be used in the misting of produce. This Functional Water will ensure that microbial loads of E.Coli, Salmonella and Lysteria and other germs found on produce displayed in the Produce Section of a Super Market are kept to a minimum along with the ability of EW to prolong the shelf life of produce.

• A proprietary and advanced residential Functional Water producing system that allows users to produce an enhanced bottled water like product with significantly more health-beneficial and wellness properties primarily brought about by improved hydration and an alkaline pH.

• A proprietary anti-microbial commercial-grade hand disinfectant unit. This unit is connected to a standard faucet which provides the water to the unit and after electrolysis, electrolyzed water will be dispensed in a 45 second stream for brisk hand washing and disinfection.
